Shipping & Delivery Policy

At CelYah Labs, every product is printed, inspected, and hand-finished at our studio in Cairo, Egypt. We aim to get your 3D-printed creations delivered to your doorstep quickly and safely.

Processing & Order Timelines

Because many of our items are made-to-order or produced in small artisan batches, please allow 1 to 2 business days for order preparation and quality check before shipment.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (Egypt)

• Cairo & Giza: Delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
• Alexandria, Canal Cities & Delta: Delivered within 4 to 6 business days.
• Upper Egypt & Remote Governorates: Delivered within 4 to 6 business days.

Note: Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery governorate.

Order Tracking

Once your package leaves our Cairo studio, you will receive an automated notification via WhatsApp or email containing your courier tracking information so you can follow your shipment in real time.

Returns & Exchanges

We take immense pride in the quality of our 3D prints. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t quite what you expected, we are here to make it right.

Return Window

We accept return and exchange requests within 14 days of receiving your delivery, provided the item is in its original, unused condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect:

1. Take a quick photo or short video of the damaged item.
2. Reach out to our support team via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
3. We will immediately dispatch a free replacement or issue a full refund—no hassle!

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-designed or personalized 3D prints requested outside of our standard catalog.
• Items damaged due to misuse, extreme heat exposure (above 55°C), or improper handling.

Return Shipping Fees

If returning an item due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return courier delivery fee. If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item sent by CelYah Labs, we cover all shipping costs.
